We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed by us. It can take a few working days to see refund on your bank account.

Our orders need to be returned to Ljubljana, Slovenia. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Please note we do not accept returns of items that have already been washed.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns if you are returning an order from outside of EU. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
